Thank you for visiting the website for the Plum Springs Warren County Joint Storm Water Sewer Agency. Included on this website are copies of the ordinances creating this agency, fact sheets concerning the basis for creating the Agency, ordinances enacted as required by the Federal government, and portions of the permit with KyDOW (Kentucky Division of Water) which include the projections for how the Agency plans to utilize the funds generated from the fees collected for the Agency by Warren County Water District and Bowling Green Municipal Utilities.

The services of the existing Division of Stormwater Management is being utilized by the Plum Springs Warren County Joint Storm Water Sewer Agency. By using the existing Division of Stormwater Management which has been the Warren County Fiscal Court's division implementing the Federally mandated Phase II Stormwater program to date, the cost for implementing the program will be reduced. This cost savings method for implementing these required programs is one of a number of efforts by our Division to help insure the cost for the program administration is as low as possible.
