The Division of BES is responsible for enforcement of the Kentucky Building Code and National Electric Code in all unincorporated areas of Warren County. Building and Electrical Code compliance is regulated through a Building Application Permit process that is required for any new construction or alteration of an existing structure.

We do not inspect the following municipalities: the city of Bowling Green, the city of Oakland and the city of Smiths Grove.
