A proposed revised building permit fee ordinance is being reviewed for consideration at this time. The commercial construction plan review initiative will be pursued after a final decision concerning the proposed revised building permit fee ordinance.

An ISO review of our offices procedures was completed in July 2006 with several recommendations for changes to maintain the best ISO rating possible being suggested. ISO has advised they will revisit our offices March 1, 2007 to confirm the recommendations for change have been implemented.
